Jonathan Silva of Crow’s Arachnids

Error, group does not exist! Check your syntax! (ID: 2)

Many of us in the herpetoculture industry are not only interested in reptiles. We are also interested in keeping arachnids. So when we came across Jonathan at the Reptile SuperShow recently we were initially impressed by his arachnids on display and after we talked to him a moment we were sold on the idea that this was someone we should have on the show. Jonathan is not only passionate about his arachnids but he’s also got the knowledge to back up that incredible passion! If you’re into arachnids and insects then you’re going to love this show. He talks to us about good species for beginners and even some advanced species and much more. We look forward to having him on the show in the future and he’s also agreed to write an article for an upcoming issue of Herpetoculture House eZine as well!

Ryan Jarosek of Tiki Tiki Reptiles and Jarosek Park Reptiles chats with us about the best ways to keep Veiled Chameleons Chameleo calyptratus. For those thinking of getting a Chameleon for the first time this is generally the species that we all start out with.  As we said Ryan takes us through the set-up, maintenance, and I think he covered the whole gambit within this interview as far as the Veiled Chameleon Chameleo calyptratus is concerned. For more information on their specific needs we highly recommend that you check out Ryan and his sites.  Then for a fun read on Carl the accidental Chameleon you can click here.
