Mark Romansky Moonstone Dragons

We met Mark Romansky of Moonstone Dragons at the Las Vegas Reptile Expo where he had some of his Bearded Dragons Pogona vitticeps for sale.  We spoke with Mark about various aspects of Dragon keeping and we were so impressed that we decided we had to have Mark on the show.  Mark is not only a breeder of high quality Bearded Dragon Lizards Pogona vitticeps but he has been recently elected as the president of the Southern Nevada Herpetological Society.  To say that Mark is actively involved in all things herpetoculture would be an understatement; when it comes to reptile legislation or any pet legislation for that matter Mark admits “I’m the first one to grab my helmet and sword and run up the hill.”  Another quote from Mark and my personal favorite regarding reptile legislation is “Today it’s pythons, tomorrow it will be Poodles.”

Mark has a take on reptile keeping that sometimes flies in the face of ‘conventional wisdom’ and this makes him one of the better breeders out there in our eyes.  So take a listen and see what Mark has to say.
